I think that nowadays the working life has changed a lot.

But, this does not mean that the recruiter only looks for perfect candidates.

I also think that the candidate must fit into the team.

For example, if someone is high educated and he not fit in the team.

it is difficult to work with that.

For that reason, working in teams is very important in our career.

Employers expect their employees to be able to work effectively together.

Being a ‘team player’ typically appears on both job postings and resumes nowadays.

I also think that being a good team member means clearly communication your ideas with the group.

Because it is important that anybody in the group know what he should do for a project.

Simple actions like using a person's name, making eye contact, and actively listening when a person speaks will make your team members feel appreciated.

It is also recommended to be a good problem solver.

Effective problem solvers are able to think outside the box when challenges or issues arise.

Rather than focusing on negative outcomes, they stay calm and help their team work towards a solution.

I also think that language skills is very important.

Because many companies are working with other companies that are speaking English.

As the international business language, English is becoming more important in both native and non-native English-speaking countries.

The role of English language in career advancement is essential in this era of globalization.

For that reason, it is important to speak good English.
